Impeccably clean hotel, facilities are excellent, and the location is marvellous and lovely right at the Trogir promenade. The rooms are huge with harbour view and the staff are amazingly nice.

the room was new-fashioned and huge with perfect view as well as large beds for a wonderful stay. the location was central, wonderful right on the waterfront. you can find restaurant riva next door to the hotel to a have lunch. they served delicious food in the restaurant for breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Our room was large and airy with windows at each side. The bedlinen was changed twice while we were there and was of the highest quality. The restaurant at the front of the hotel was equally excellent. Staff were so friendly and we were given a 10% discount off all meals. The croissants were delicious at breakfast and the evening meals very good indeed. Lots of selection. The hotel is small and absolutely beautiful - an ancient building modernized with flair and style. The location, right on the harbor front, was perfect.

The friendly lady at the reception made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the spacious and airy room, with windows on both sides. The breakfast croissants were a treat, and the evening meals had a great selection. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also a major advantage. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location by the harbour in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were really helpful, especially with public transportation. Walking up a few flights of stairs to get to the room wasn't a problem for us.

Had a great Christmas at a charming hotel with great service in a historic location. The hotel had a lovely breakfast, with lots of options and great quality food, as well as a great restaurant that served up delicious meals. The location was great, as it was central to everything in the old town and it was easy to get around. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, making the stay even better.

While the hotel was well appointed and had a lot of character, it was missing a key feature that would have made the experience even better. The rooms didn't have a balcony or terrace, which would have been nice to have for relaxing and enjoying the charming surroundings.

This weekend stay was impressive! the complementary offered by the hotel was beyond expectations, a sweet touch of quality service. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us to visit various attractions and restaurants walking. the view from our room was breathtaking!

Sadly, the only downside was the lack of customer service from the hotel staff. the air conditioner in our room was not working properly, and despite reporting the problem several times, we never received a helping hand.
